Privacy Policy

Overbolt is operated from Charlotte, North Carolina. This policy explains what we collect and what we do with it. It is written plainly on purpose.

What we collect

When you submit a form on this site, we collect what you type into it: your name, email address, company or website, how often you send email, and any message you add. The popup form collects only an email address.

If you become a customer, we also store the brand information you give us so the product can write in your voice, and we connect to your email platform using credentials you authorise.

What we do with it

• Reply to you about a trial
• Set up and run your account if you become a customer
• Nothing else

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not add you to a marketing list you did not ask to join.

Your email content

If you are a customer, Overbolt generates draft campaigns using your brand brief. Those drafts are created for you and sent to your own email platform. We do not use your brand information or campaign content to train models, and we do not share it with other customers.

Who else touches your data

We use third-party services to run the product. Where your information passes through them, their handling is governed by their own terms:

• Netlify — hosting and form submissions
• Resend — sending email to you
• Anthropic and Google — generating campaign copy and graphics
• Your own email platform (such as HubSpot), which you connect and control

Keeping and deleting it

We keep enquiry submissions for as long as we may reasonably need them to follow up, and customer data for as long as your account is active. Ask us to delete your information at any time and we will, except where we are required to keep records.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will handle it.

Children

This is a business product and is not intended for anyone under 18.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will update the date above.
